TADROST Terms of Service
Version 2026-10-20 · Effective 20 October 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and TADROST ("TADROST", "we", "us"). They govern your use of the TADROST website, web application and mobile applications (the "Service").
By creating an account you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and, where shown to you, the Risk Disclosure and the Setup Disclosure.
1. What TADROST is — and is not
1.1 TADROST is a trading journal and analytics tool. You record your own trades, review your performance, and may view automatically generated trade ideas ("Setups").
1.2 TADROST does not execute trades. We do not connect to your exchange or broker accounts. We do not accept or store your exchange API keys. We do not place, route or manage orders, and we do not hold your funds or assets. Every trading decision and every order you place elsewhere is yours alone.
1.3 TADROST is not a broker, exchange, investment firm, portfolio manager or financial adviser. Nothing in the Service is a recommendation that a particular investment or trade is suitable for you.
2. Your account
2.1 You must give accurate information, including your country of residence, and keep it up to date. Some features depend on your country (see section 4).
2.2 You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use. You can sign out of all other devices at any time in Settings.
2.3 One person, one account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.
3. Eligibility
3.1 You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country of residence if that is higher. We do not offer accounts to minors and do not accept parental consent.
3.2 You may not use the Service if:
- you reside in, or are ordinarily resident in, a country or region where we do not offer the Service; or
- you are the subject or target of sanctions administered by the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom or the United States; or
- you are owned or controlled by, or acting for, such a person.
3.3 To meet our legal obligations we screen names and dates of birth against public sanctions lists. We may restrict an account while a possible match is reviewed (see section 11).
4. Country-based availability
4.1 We operate one international service, but features differ by country because of local law. Before you sign up, we show which features are available in the country you select.
4.2 We decide availability from your declared country of residence. We may also use the country of your IP address and your billing country. We do not use GPS. When you are in a country where a feature is not available, that feature may be unavailable even if it is available where you live.
4.3 We may restrict or suspend a feature in a country at any time when we learn of a legal or regulatory restriction. This never deletes your data. You keep access to your Journal, Performance, data export, account settings, account deletion and subscription cancellation.
4.4 Changing your country. You can request a change of residence in Settings. Requests are normally approved automatically. They may be reviewed if other signals point to a different country. Approved changes can be made once every 90 days. Within the first 14 days after sign-up you may correct a wrong country once. After a change, the features, documents and purchases available in your new country apply. An active paid subscription continues until the end of its current billing period.
4.5 You must not use technical means, such as a VPN, to hide your location in order to access a feature that is not available in your country.
5. Setups (automatically generated trade ideas)
5.1 Setups are generated automatically. Our software collects public market data and calculates entry zones, take-profit and stop-loss levels with deterministic rules. An AI model writes the explanation. Setups are published after automated checks, without manual review of each idea.
5.2 Setups are general information, the same for every user who can see them. They do not take into account your financial situation, objectives, experience or risk tolerance. They are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice and are not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset.
5.3 Setups can be wrong, late, incomplete or based on faulty data. Markets may move before you see a Setup. Past results of Setups do not guarantee future results. You must make your own decisions and may lose all the money you trade. Read the Risk Disclosure.
5.4 Marking a Setup as "Accept" or "Skip" only records your own decision in your Journal. It does not place an order anywhere.
5.5 Setups for some markets (for example futures or US stocks) are not available in some countries (section 4).
6. Your content
6.1 "Your content" means everything you add: trades, fills, costs, notes, tags, screenshots and other files. You keep all rights in your content.
6.2 You give us a limited licence to store, process, display and back up your content only to provide the Service to you. This includes showing it to a Mentor you have authorised (section 7) and creating the exports you request. We do not sell your content. We do not use it to train AI models.
6.3 When you upload a screenshot for recognition, we send it to an AI service provider to extract trade details. You must review and confirm the result before anything is saved. Unconfirmed results are deleted within 24 hours.
6.4 You must have the right to upload your content. It must not contain other people's personal data without a lawful basis, or malware, or anything illegal.
7. Mentor sharing
7.1 You can invite one Mentor at a time. When you accept, your Mentor can view (but not change) your full Journal history and future entries: trades, decisions, performance, notes and attachments.
7.2 You can withdraw access at any time. Access ends immediately. We cannot undo what your Mentor has already seen or downloaded.
7.3 A Mentor relationship needs an active Trial or paid Full plan on both sides. If either side's plan ends, the relationship is paused. It resumes automatically when both have an eligible plan again, unless you have withdrawn access or chosen another Mentor.
7.4 Mentors must keep their students' data confidential, use it only for mentoring, and must not copy, publish or sell it. A Mentor is not our employee or agent. Any advice a Mentor gives is the Mentor's own.
8. Plans, trials and payments
8.1 Basic is free with limited features. Trader Trial gives full Trader features for 7 days or 15 new trades, whichever comes first. It starts only when you choose "Start free trial". Mentor Trial lasts 7 days from the first student who accepts. Each trial can be used once. Full is a paid subscription, billed monthly or annually.
8.2 Prices, taxes and what each plan includes are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout. Full is paid in USDT (a stablecoin) by an on-chain transfer to the receiving address shown at checkout, on the network you choose (for example TRON TRC-20 or BNB Smart Chain BEP-20). Each checkout shows one exact amount and one address and is valid for a limited time. The plan starts when the transfer is confirmed on the blockchain; if it cannot be matched automatically, our team checks it manually. We never ask for your wallet's private key or seed phrase and never connect to your wallet or exchange account.
8.3 Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed. You are responsible for sending the exact amount, on the network shown, to the address shown, before the checkout expires. Network fees are yours. If you send a different amount, on another network or after expiry, contact us; we review it but cannot guarantee recovery of funds sent to a wrong address or network.
8.4 A paid period does not renew automatically: each period is a separate payment you make. Before a period ends we remind you.
8.5 If a plan ends, your data stays. You return to Basic, and features beyond Basic become read-only or unavailable as described on the Pricing page.
8.6 Purchases may not be available in every country (section 4).
9. Referral and partner programme
If you take part in the referral or partner programme, the Partner Terms shown in Settings → Referrals also apply. Commissions are paid only once the payout method in the Partner Terms is in place.
10. Acceptable use
You must not:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights through the Service;
- try to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours, or probe, scan or test our security without written permission (report vulnerabilities to [email protected]);
- scrape, copy or redistribute Setups, market data or other parts of the Service in bulk, or resell them, except as the Service expressly allows;
- use automated means to create accounts or overload the Service;
- reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it;
- use the Service to manipulate markets or to mislead others, for example by presenting Setups as personal advice.
11. Suspension and termination
11.1 You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Deletion is permanent after processing. Some records are kept where the law requires (see the Privacy Policy). Data in backups is removed as backups rotate.
11.2 We may restrict or suspend your account, or parts of the Service, if:
- you break these Terms;
- we must do so by law, including sanctions law; or
- it is needed to protect users or the Service.
Where the law and safety allow, we tell you why and how to respond. During a review we keep your Journal readable and your data exportable wherever we lawfully can.
11.3 We may end the Service with at least 30 days' notice. You will have time to export your data. Prepaid fees for unused periods are refunded.
12. Changes to the Service and these Terms
12.1 We may improve or change features. If a change materially reduces a paid feature you are using, we will tell you in advance.
12.2 We may update these Terms. For material changes we give at least 30 days' notice in the app and by e-mail before they take effect. You can review the new version at any time before then. Some features that depend on the changed document may require you to accept it once it is in force. Reading and exporting your own data never requires this.
13. Our liability
13.1 The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it accurate and running, but we do not promise that it is error-free or uninterrupted. Setups, market data, currency conversions and calculated metrics may contain errors.
13.2 To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for:
- trading losses, lost profits or lost opportunities;
- decisions you make based on the Service; or
- indirect or consequential loss.
Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in that period and EUR 100.
13.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. It also does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Courts of Harju County (Harju Maakohus, Tallinn) have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims there.
15. Other terms
15.1 If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest stays in force.
15.2 We may transfer this agreement to a company that takes over the Service, if your rights are not reduced. You may not transfer it.
15.3 The English version prevails. Translations are provided for convenience.
